Leasing terms are $600 per month for a total of 9 months(1/1/19-9/30/19) for the Master Bedroom.

Located on the ground floor, the condo contains in-unit laundry, attached shared private(Lockable) storage, AC, dishwasher, private patio, internet, covered & uncovered parking(One assigned covered spot), no gym but community swimming pool & hot tub. The complex has separate dumpster’s for trash and recyclables.
Utilities(trash, water, sewage, electricity) are through SRP and Internet is with Cox. Split Utilities & Internet bill 50/50. SRP bills range from: Low($57.36) to High($128.40) per month. Cox internet is $64.00 per month. HOA fees are paid by owner.
Condo furnishings include: couch and loveseat, kitchenware, and kitchen table.

Active lifestyle: Running, hiking, lifting, cooking, reading, video games, and various hobbies. Raised to be courteous of others, organized, and self-sufficient. Split between being a homebody and having a social life when not working or studying.
Seeking Roommate who is:
Non-smoking(Cigs, vapes, e-cigs, etc.), social or introvert, male 25-35 who is self-sufficient and financially responsible with a stable/steady income. MUST have consistent habits of cleaning, organizing, and tidying up after themselves. Organizes belongings to their respectable areas and respect my belongings. I will not be someone’s maid or parent. Zero tolerance for drug use.
