Director of State and Local Government Affairs
Spencer Morgan is a 3L law student at ASU's Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law where he is focusing on public interest and public policy. He's been involved in student governance for many years, and this is will be his second year with GPSA. Spencer looks forward to continuing to work with students and public officials to make sure graduate and professional students are heard. He currently serves as the Board Vice-Chair for the Mesa Historical Society and was recently awarded a Level 1 in Wines by WSET. In his limited free time, he enjoys backpacking, cooking, and cycling.
Director of Federal Government Affairs
John Oliver is a third-year law student at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, a managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal, and the President of the law school's Corporate and Business Society. John spent a semester in Washington, D.C. as an undergraduate and looks forward to utilizing his prior experiences to better serve the graduate community as the Director of Federal Government Affairs. In his free time, he can be seen playing basketball at the SDFC or playing golf at one of the valley's many golf courses.
