ADVOCACY: Making positive changes at ASU, local, state, and federal levels.

Join a University Board/Committee
Want an opportunity to effect change through ASU’s shared governance model? ASU’s many units have boards and committees. Students are invited to apply to be on these teams and collaborate by learning about the unit, voicing student concerns, and working to find solutions for issues that affect students. These boards and committees only meet about once a month and already have their meetings scheduled.  Take a look at their website for descriptions of each committee and its meeting times.

You get a behind-the-scenes look at how ASU functions and you get to be a positive voice for change.  Plus, University service looks great on a CV.  Let’s make sure the graduate student voice is heard.

Apply on-line at https://eoss.asu.edu/studentgov/committees. Supplemental application materials (CV/unofficial transcripts) must be submitted to dan.ashlock@asu.edu.

SUPPORT: Providing you the tools and assistance you need to be a successful student.
