Human traffickers have used tech such as cell phones and social media to ensnare their victims. Now let’s turn the tide against them using the same and other technologies to prevent trafficking and provide care to victims. Media Arts, and Sciences PhD students Alex Abreu and Kay Gho recently entered the global ChallengeSlavery competition to combat human-trafficking hosted and run by USAid.
